~*~Sheila Franklin is the director of 1world production. She is currently working on a documentary centering on child labor in India and has just completed "Fiction of War", a video on the human rights situation in Colombia. She recently edited a 13 part radio program for Haymarket People's Fund and produced an audio demo tape for them. Franklin has over 15 years of experience in radio, television, and film. While in college, she received several awards and citations for her public service work, and a special merit for camera work on a video concerning the homeless in San Diego. She has created a number of short films and worked as crew for a PBS affiliate station at San Diego State University. She helped found Palomar Jr. College's radio station and served as its first program director.

 Ravi Khanna currently serves as director of 1world communication, and recently worked as the producer for the video documentary "Fiction of War." He is now producing Franklin's documentary concerning child labor in India and oversees the 1world communication website. Khanna has worked for a number of progressive organizations for the last 15 years. He co-directed national educational and policy campaigns for Oxfam America, served as Executive Director for the Peace Development Fund, and was the Development Coordinator for Haymarket People's Fund. He has done organizational, media, and fundraising consulting for several national and international organizations including Women's Rights International, Centro Nacional de Communiciacion Social, Movemiento Cuidadano por la Democracia, Media Vision, the Colombia Support Network and Verite.~*~
